Sportium aims to become the turnkey NFT solution provider for global sports IPs. An idiosyncratic trait of the sports NFT sector is its large dependency on intellectual properties (IP). In contrast to any other sectors in NFT where creativity and community drive the key performance indicators, today’s sports NFT projects cannot exist without securing underlying IPs.
This characteristic is the issue that the Sportium business model is focused on solving. Our observations tell us that there’s a substantial amount of uncaptured value that’s caused by the lack of interconnectivity among the sports NFT projects. We also believe that fast execution is the key, but developing and successfully maintaining a sports NFT project does not fall under the business domains of most sports IP owners such as football leagues and basketball teams. Sportium is striving to become the full-stack provider of customized UI and platform for each of the global IP owners wanting to enter the world of NFT/metaverse.
